Things will you need:

4 tortilla wraps

1 small onion, chop it finely

2 tins of chopped tomatoes (tomato paste) or pizza sauce. Use chopped tomatoes if you are on really low budget

2 cloves of garlic, chop it finely. The finer you chop it, the stronger the flavor. Therefore, use your feelings!

1 chicken stock cube or just a pinch of salt

Any topping you have in your fridge!

A frying pan and a sauce pan

First, let’s make the sauce. Put a dash of oil onto the sauce pan, and wait till it become hot enough to sauté the onion and garlic. Put in your finely chopped onion and garlic; sweat them for a minute to make them soft. Open your chopped tomatoes and pour all of it into the sauce pan. Mix it with the garlic and onion, the raise the heat slightly. Simmer this mix for about 20 minutes to reduce the water content, just stir it occasionally. While you do this, you can pre-heat your oven to 180 Celsius of just hit the gas mark 4.

After it becomes a paste-like sauce, use fork or potato masher to crush the big chunks of tomato remains. You can use a convenient hand blender, too if you have one. Put in the stock cube, or just a pinch of salt in the mixture, and let it simmer for a few minutes more. Take off from heat and let it cool down. Any excess liquid of the sauce should have gone right now, you have to make sure the mixture you made is a paste like, that you can spread it on your tortilla later. You should already know what the consistency of the sauce should be like if you have ever eaten pizza before.

After making the sauce, what you have to do next is to set your frying pan on a medium heat. Put some oil on it, and take off any excess using the kitchen towel or any kitchen tissue. Take your tortilla and set it on the pre-heated pan. Next, spread your lovely sauce evenly on the top of tortilla, and make sure it touches the edges to make it crisp. Add any cheese and toppings of your choice, mozzarella and parmesan will work best for it. The key is that you have to remember not to add so much topping on the tortilla. Tortilla is not as thick as normal pizza dough, if you overdo it, the pizza will get soggy. You can use any dry toppings like sausage, ham, etc. combined with bell peppers or mushrooms.

Keep the pizza on low heat until the base of the tortilla turn brown. The cheese will start to become soft and the pizza will able to move freely on the pan when it’s done. If it’s already done, put your pizza in your pre-heated oven. Wait until the cheese melts and turns slightly brown. You can take out the pizza from the oven once it is done and let it stand for a while in order to firm it up. Cut it on your desired size, and serve it best with cold drinks.

Make one yourself and surprise your friends. They will never realize the fact that the goodness taste of pizzas they just eat are actually made of tortilla wraps.
