Maybe some of you already know that baking soda can also be used for a heavy duty household cleaner, but did you know already that baking soda can be used to enhance you lovely flowers plants f even tenderizing meat? Baking soda maybe the simplest thing in your kitchen with is boring packaging and cheap price. But this is actually its advantages! And you can buy baking soda in wherever country you live. Actually, baking soda is very versatile that it has so much uses in cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc. In chemicals, what is baking soda actually is? Baking soda is a type of salt, which is a combination of two very safe natural chemical compounds: sodium carbonate, and carbon dioxide.

For me, as an all natural household cleaner and helper is the best thing, here are the extra ordinary use of baking soda as household helper and cleaner!

  1. Baking Soda for Plant Nutrients

Some beautiful plant flowers like dianthus, delphinium, clematis, etc, will grow their really beautiful petals if you give them the right nutrient amounts. If you are one of these flowers lovers, and having some kind of special relationship with them, you can sometimes giving them a different menu instead of just water for watering them. Mix a spoonful of baking soda in two liters of water and give it to them once or twice a week. The flowers will show their appreciation of love with fuller, healthier petals bloom.

  1. Baking Soda as Kitchen Burn Treatment

For you who loves to do things in the kitchen, getting burnt from stove or hot oil is always be the most resent thing that could happen to you. Next time you get burnt on the kitchen, quickly get a container and fill it with water and a couple of ice. Pour some baking soda on it. Get yourself a clean fabric piece of simply a tissue paper to soak in the baking mixture, and apply it on the wound. Keep applying it till the burn sensation disappears. This will not only help you cure the burnt sensation, but also prevents any blisters come out from the wound.

Having creative children needs some sacrifice, they said. Yup, every parent should have already experiencing this crayon-on-the-wall thing. Next time you see any crayon marks on the wall, get yourself a wet sponge, and pour some baking soda on its edges. You can just use as much as you will meet a paste mixture from baking soda and water. Scrub the crayon marks on your painted wall with circular movements, then damply wipe it away. Voila! All the marks gone

Having meals with big family is indeed fun. Some grill and barbeque, onion ring, hmmm delicious! The problems appears after we realized that we are having too much onion and garlic in our food that our there is this unpleasant odor came from our mouth. What to do? Try to gargling with mixture of a teaspoon and a half glass of water. The baking soda will help you to get rid that unpleasant odor. Baking soda also an effective all natural deodorant, try to dabbing a teaspoon of it under each armpit using the powder puff. You will smell like spices or flowers, but at least you are not smells like… eww…

  1. Steak Meat Tenderizer

It is sure very nice having a smooth, soft, melted meat as your steak dinner. Who knows a cheap baking soda can do this? Pour some baking soda on your prepared meat cuts and rub the meat till covered with it. Let it sit in your fridge for a about three of four hours. When you are prepared to cook, rinse it under a flowing water till clean and start to make your dinner! Your meat will be so tender that it will melt in your mouth.

Tired of those unpleasant odors in your cabinets? Pour 3-5 spoonful of baking soda in a used but clean sock. Make a knot above it, and either place or hang it on the corner of your cabinet
